Gaber , the Santana model is a shorter scale than a standard PRS but the guitar I made used the standard 25"PRS scale and 24 frets. the templates I have include the trem cavity based on the 25"scale... I did have a cad drawing on an old computer , If i can find it I'll post the link to it ...

Matt, the body is angled from the back edge of the bridge pickup toward the horns so the neck appears to have an angle if you choose to use a Trem, this angle allows a standard trem to float slightly as the base of it should be set co planar to the fretboard. Thanks Macaddee.... I use a combination of either router with a straight cut bit or my safe t planer in the drill press to machine a series of steps in the top which loosely correspond to the contour I'm aiming for before moving on to round bottomed hand planes and cabinet scrapers to properly carve...

Have you tried wrapping the body after the binding is glued / taped up ? I now use my trusty MTB innertube split and tied into a long length. It adds flexible clamping pressure , wont stick to wood glue and tightens up all the little gaps that tape alone just wont get. I just bound a uke with outsta...

Well picked up the doors , the frames all went missing before I got there to collect, but the 2 doors should provide enough wood to keep me busy for a while, one of the doors is much heavier than the other so maybe I have one sapele and one honduras, as its the larger /thicker one which is the light...
