Ok, but why? If your a small builder, why? Small being less than 20 instruments per year. Invited to show guitars or view the show. Not trying to poke you the wrong way but NAMM is generally geared toward stores and companies geared toward market share. Not that your not, or wouldn't be, I'm just asking what are your hopes and goals for the show. Are you looking to place into stores?

Why not Healdsburg or the Newport Guitar Festival in Miami Beach or the Montreal Guitar Show; or even the Dallas show? Are you just building acoustics?

Sorry, I'm honestly not trying to pester for spite or to be rude; it's the Fretboard Journal writer comming out, I have a couple of stories I'm working on, so I'm asking why?

Hmmm.........that makes two FJ writers I have now bumped into via forums. John Thomas has joined up with us harp guitar nut-cases. I *think* he's working on an HG article as we speak. :D

I have to agree with the intimidation factor. You should have seen me putting my octave mando in the hands of Todd Hallawell and Stephen Bennett. :o Then Brian Henke gets his hands on it and..........

Go knock 'em dead Brian!

Had the same thing happen when I was prepping for my 1st show (not trying to be funny). It's amazing what your stress level can do to your body. The intimidation factor can knock you on your can. Do everything you can to get it out of your head. You'll do great at the show, sell something or not, you'll have a great show. Good Luck. I know exactly how your feeling, at least from the stress point anyway, good luck with the echo.
