Grant, There is nothing boring about this build. We want to see everything. What a great idea gluing the bindings up against the plastic outline. I just might try that trick when I attempt to make some rope binding. What is the best way to cut inner tube? In a spiral? Thanks for sharing, Lefty

Wow! By the size of that branding iron I guess you must be carving live sized emus. :D Nice work Grant. I have a couple questions... Back when you were carving the back braces after they had been glued on there was a small metal tool on the bench. Was that to just shave and kinda round over the edge...
