David, i cut sound port after i bent sides.I secured and reinforced sides with block which is in same shape as side clamped to be tight and than i cut hole with forstner bit.I didnt have any problem and there wasn't any chieping.

Eben that jig is realy very simple and i'm using same jig for long time for different things.and it is very accurate.

Hi Z,

This build is really looking good. Great job on the fretboard and I really like that end graft.

Looking good Z that mahogany is realy shining now!
They sound so great mahogany guitars, it is a shame we don't build with it more often.
