Love your shop helper! And, I'm glad to see that the red Doomsday Phone is in your shop - far away from the psychopaths in Washington DC that might use it.

Nice work, Joe. By the way, what's that red thing at the kid's feet?

You didn't know Joe has the nuclear hotline? (Better choice than any of the current presidential aspirates, I feel.)

In truth guys, I'm not sure what that red thing is. I believe it's some artifact from an earlier civilization, but not sure. I'm hoping maybe Grant could shed some light, having studied earlier cultures extensively.......

Based on my studies the red device was used in the past as a attitude control device for teenage children.

Hell, we still have one of those, but it is tan. Comes in handy to contact the power company when a storm knocks out the power.

Joe, you learn something new everyday. So much conversational mileage out of your "friendly shop helper" picture. I had to look up "Workable Fixative" never heard of it. I wonder if that would be useful for spraying on guitar labels before gluing in? (I print mine on an inkjet and worry a bit about future runs if a humidifier leaked or something). What do you use it for?

Nice to see your well worn shop copy of Cumpiano Guitarmaking, too. I'll bet there a Stewmac catalog in the pile somewhere too :)

keep up the good work.
