ok I checked all my sides and she a go...

I finish the bending with a hot pipe and and now I check all the fitting...

now the fit looks good time to glue her up..like I said I glued her up last night and now she really to sand the back and install the kerf
( now I use my big stick....lol....to sand the back.

now I check to make sure she going to pass ( if she even worth putting time into it...and she pass...( i can get the right height bridge in her)

on to the next thing...kerfing and resawing the back...

I got the ebony board today , Look's good man...after all those years , It like a rock hard piece of wood, and it came from a tree.

LITTLE Later in the day I hand sanded the edges ,glued and bookmatch the back..I had to get a close up to see the line ,not bad for not having a shotting board

little later in the same day I glued the glue joint to over lap with a same piece of wood...take a look...

just before I went home I sanded and glued my first brace in a arch disc...I leave this over night..

I have a job in simi valley be back monday ...have a good week end ..and thanks for looking..

I stop by the shop today on my lunch break and to pick up parts....also so I would have something to do monday(glueing on the back)

trying to finish the glueing on the braces, am done. I still have to show you guys the old (dryer) inside brace patten..I'll do that when I have time.

got to go again...back to the valley...

Back from the valley ,For the last time this week....ok am done.....I had to finish glueing the body together because I have to finish this by Nov 1
so am hauling ass on this build....

meaning working on this and my other work(Tile work) driving 45 mi n both ways,Crazy) I know...am done for the day...@ and you guys have it easy..

did I say am done for the day...nop I have to stop by the usp store to ship some ebay wood... :lol: If you guys need wood ...(mahogany) just ask ..

now come's the fun part of the build( making her look pretty) Next is Rope Bindings<

after that am doing and vine inlay....fret board. using a one piece mahogany neck...
