Thanks Eben.

Matt, I had to go back and look, but based on the width of the channel it left behind on the plywood, it was the carbide bit I got from Stew Mac. I also have some dental bits I got from one of the members here and on the other build I have going (Debbie's Maple) I used a jig that holds an exacto blade to cut the rosette channel and soundhole. I like the quiet of the hand tool, but the bit you got from Stew Mac should be more than deep enough to cut through the soundboard. And thanks for the compliment.

Beautiful, Raymond, she'll treasure it!

From time to time, grab it off her wall (with her permission) and play a bit for her. That will likely 'prime the pump' and before you know it, she'll try.

Thanks Dennis.

I still pull Ben's out from time to time, but it will take a little more purposefulness to go into her room to get it.

Ben played his a bit after Olivia's was finished, but that would be an expensive and time consuming way to get them to play.
