David, i cut sound port after i bent sides.I secured and reinforced sides with block which is in same shape as side clamped to be tight and than i cut hole with forstner bit.I didnt have any problem and there wasn't any chieping. Eben that jig is realy very simple and i'm using same jig for long tim...

Thanks guys, i cut hole with 3/4 forster bit, reinforce back of side with block to prevent cheeping.Rays i cut with dremel and 1/16 bit.Filed with small file for couple hours :cry: and chamfer with sending sponge.That is about it. I know we love pictures so here is couple of them of my progress.Actualy it is break time until glue is dry, and i'll continue afternoon probably on top bracing. Thank you guys for comments.The back bracings are 5/16thick.Back wood is veryinteresting.I didnt take pictre but i should.It was 15"wide mahagoni and i took back and side from same wood.Well it look flat or "half" flat but sides are quartered.Sides are 3/32 thick yes they look heavy o...
