David, i cut sound port after i bent sides.I secured and reinforced sides with block which is in same shape as side clamped to be tight and than i cut hole with forstner bit.I didnt have any problem and there wasn't any chieping. Thanks guys, i cut hole with 3/4 forster bit, reinforce back of side with block to prevent cheeping.Rays i cut with dremel and 1/16 bit.Filed with small file for couple hours :cry: and chamfer with sending sponge.That is about it.
