Yes, it's true, not all guitars are acoustics; some have single coils and some have buckers, and all of those have some serious electrons. Build 'em, work on 'em, mods, questions, Put 'em here!

Just need the tuners, bridge, and strings to show up for the bass...
Back to working on the guitar.....

Thanks Dennis,
I don't know if you noticed or not..but there is no access hole in the back of the bass... Tim the future owner of this bass didn't want one...I made the F holes larger so he can feed the pots in from them with strings ... pictures to follow as he does it....got my curiosity up....

Applied amber dye and sanded it off twice...two coats of tru oil so far...grain is just starting to pop....

Joe...I live to make figured wood scream...but it doesn't happen all the time..think I might have got lucky on this one.

Finally got to carve the neck...and fit the neck to the body... parts are showing up daily...she should be done in a few weeks.
