Hey Z, that is sure nuff' looking fine! Is that what is called a slope shouldered dread shape body? I like the shape and your binding and herringbone looks great against that top and nice maple.

Very nice indeed,
Joe

The guitar is looking good, Z. And looks like you have a really nice shop.

Your brace wood will get there tomorrow, UPS.

Hey Z, man that looks nice buffed out and tuners installed! So I take it now you'll have to scrape the finish off where the bridge glues? It'll be singing soon.

Thanks for letting me know that that is a slope shouldered dread. I usually don't like dreads, too big, and boxy, not enough curves for my taste, but every once in a while I've seen one I like and that's what it is. Guess I'm gonna have to break down and build one someday. Get over my dread phobia! :D Yours looks like a good pattern to follow. LMI.

Thanks Z,
Joe

Thank you guys for all kind words.Grant it is small shop i took 1/4ofmy garage space for my studio, but for guitar building it is Ok.I know for better :D .I stoped with curly maple becouse i do not have more bracing material and i'm glad that wood arriwe tomorrow.More builds to come. Thanks Grant.

Joe, i'm glad you like my build and you interested in this shape.Yes i need scraped lacker off of top prior to gluing bridge.I find out that is better(for me) to go in this way. Before i try also with puting tape on place wheere bridge is gona be but it is also pain in ass.this way make me job to do much cleaner.

This one will have some electronic .It 'll be BBand A3 and it came from Eben, but about that when i put strings on ;)

Very nice, Z! I'll bet she's gonna have a really big voice! Something magical about 12 strings.

Can't wait to hear her!
