Thanks Rod!

Okay now let's see if I can figure out how to embed this youtube clip.

Well that didn't work, so here's a link,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQmFXeYSwzs" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I shot a high quality 3 min. clip and then tried uploading it, but found it was going to take hours to upload, since I'm off grid and operating off batteries that just won't work for me. So I went back and shot of the compact setting for email video, pictures poor quality but the sound seems about the same and only took 20 min. to upload.

So there it is,

Hi Joe, just pop that YouTube link between any of our handy-dandy YouTube custom tags, and she flies. Yeah, that is strange that the video has to get terribly compressed and lose such quality, but that the audio does not need nearly as much compression and sounds ok. Thanks for posting that! Sounds good!

Hey Joe,

Glad you went back inside and thinned those braces down.

You did get it opened up too.

Now you need to do another - before you forget what you did. [At least that's what I would need to do.]

Looking at the braces I thought maybe you should cut back from four to three.

I do like the colors you worked out for the outside.

Really nice and warm.

Very friendly looking guitar.

That means a lot. Nice job.

Steve

Thank's Dean, with all playing and reworking I keep doing on this one it'll for sure be a "vintage" guitar when you get it.

Yeah Steve, the braced top with all those arched tunnels looked really sleek and delicate to me, but when I went back and compared it to pics of that other simpler braced top, it was pretty obvious it was overbraced. And good idea about doing another one now while the lesson is fresh. Thank goodness I've been documenting these builds on the forum here, sure helps to be able to go back and see what you did. My mind and memory just isn't up to the task!

Hey Joe- don't give up on me.

I got distracted by a sweet Irish lady but can't blame her. I will be back on track- off the trail soon.
