Ron, did you go from two broken arms down to one, or down to zero? Actually you said at least one is broken - must be a hairline crack and no floating fragments, since they are not going to cast it. That is great news! Now, be good and take it easy and let them heal! My neighbor had to have his leg re-broken and re-set TWICE because it didn't heal right. Do something that you can do sitting down, like watch a bunch of movies or read a bunch of books or learn to speak Spanish.

the left arm was a humerus fracture and the right was a radial fracture..

i did have a 1/2 cast for 5 days still have some swelling in both arms , but one i can move and work with.
the other just pain...swelling...

i here you dennis , on taken it easy...man the kids are hard on me and is the wife...you know.
600g of vicodin and am feeling no pain :lol: really would just like to get back to myself and be
back to my old ron self .

well am not all there yet...working on it. am on a 3lbs weight on my left arm and 15lbs on my right. getting there. I think i can do some work in the shop?
