Great work here. What size does this thing correspond to? I have become recently enamored with ladder brace small body guitars. It seems like they can be built quite a bit more lightly than an X braced guitar for the same size because of the inherent stiffness of a small box. Add a tailpiece and you...

Is there some write up about doing these shellac finishes?
I really want to do Shellac... and have used Spray shellac, which was harder and more durable than anyone gives it credit for... but it is a royal pain.

Hey all, I want some ideas on this... I have two 16 piece tops left over from "Jointing practice" back when I was figuring out how all this stuff worked. These were made of resawn Spruce 2x4.. Quartersawn by me during resawing. I am trying to come up with an idea for a suitable back, sides...
